Refund Policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.   I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

To start a return, reach out to me using my contact form or by email at pete@coolstuffbypete.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or if you believe you received the wrong item, please contact me immediately, so that I can make it right.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days (typically 2-3 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
